We recently took delivery of a selection of Mood Hair Care products that were (then) duly shipped out to the review panel to try out and feed back about.
*Note, as usual, no pics, I’m not sure why this always happens but when they do arrive (and they have been requested) I will update this post.

Here’s what everyone says:
COLOUR PROTECT SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER
Dawn: “Love them, really nice products that make my hair feel great and keep my colour really shiny and healthy looking. Some of the best products Emil has given me to try. I’m still using them at this moment in time as I have learnt that a little goes a long long way. I have also been given the silver products as well; feeling very spoilt”.
Sheila: “Gorgeous, thanks Emil, I have never used Mood before but based on what my hair looks like and feels like, I will definitely be using them from now on. The colour I get at my salon always fades really quickly, but there is a noticeable difference with Mood Colour Protect, the fade, even after 6 weeks is minimal. A real treat for me”.
Julie: “Another great product to review. I always enjoy trying new products and mostly the results are very good, not often do I feel that they are great, but that’s how I feel about Mood, they make my hair look really healthy”.
Lynn: “Is it too much to say, these are quite possibly the very best hair care products I have used on my coloured for years. I try lots of different brands, but these suit my hair type perfectly. They are not heavy, but they are very moisturising and when my husband comments on how shiny my hair is looking, I know I’m on to a winner”.
KERATIN SHAMPOO & 2IN1 CREAM
Poppy: “Mood is a brand I know and have heard good reports about so I was delighted to get the chance to try the Keratin range on my long, thick hair. The product is very good, it makes my hair feel super healthy and makes it easier to manage. I have a lot of colour and it can dry the lengths and ends out if I don’t look after it properly, and these two amazing products definitely do that”.
Karen: “Since joining the review club, I have been lucky enough to try lots of great products, usually styling brands, so this Mood range for long hair got me really excited as I have very long hair that is fine in texture and tends to frizz out easily. These products, especially the 2IN1 Cream are just perfect, I’m not a hairdresser but I can tell the difference between what I was using and these brilliant products”.
Chris: “What I want to know is why have I never discovered Mood Keratin Shampoo & 2in! Cream before? I feel like, at last, the perfect products for my hair have been found and I am well and truly converted, they are, just the best ever!”.
ULTRA CARE SHAMPOO & MASK
Sue: “I have to be honest and say I know that I damage my hair with too many colours as I’m always asking my hairdresser to lighten it then go dark, then to light again! With that I come to expect a degree of dryness and dull hair. But, Ultra Care has changed everything, the difference in the quality of my hair is astounding, no longer does it look and feel damaged, it actually looks like a head of really healthy hair. A miracle, thank you!”.
Jen: “My hair is prone to being lifeless, dry and frizzy. I have used really expensive products in the past and not had as good a result from them as I have had from Mood Ultra Care – the shampoo and mask are really luxurious and the difference in the condition of my hair was immediate, and it just keeps getting better with each use of them”.
SILVER SPECIFIC SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER & ULTRA CARE RESTORING MOUSSE
Dawn: “I’ve been spoilt, because as well as using Colour Protect I have also been using Silver Specific. I use these 3 products every 3rd time I cleanse, and my blonde hair, which has a tendency to warm up quite quickly has stayed cool and shiny. I like these products as they are not too intense, some silver type products tend to be [too intense] and can leave a lilac hint which I don’t like. Not these, they are perfectly balanced and as a top up for my coloured hair work perfectly with Colour Protect”.
Margaret: “After using the Silver Specific shampoo and conditioner for the last 6 weeks, my blonde colour still looks the same as when I had it done. That’s not the usually story, after 2 weeks of washing it starts to lose its brightness and can become quite dull. The Ultra Care Restoring Mousse is fantastic, a leave in treatment that gives my hair lots of shine and makes it feel very healthy, the three combined are a great set of products to look after my blonde. Thank you”.
