I am so glad that I met Emil McMahon, it was at a Balmain training session when I first saw him and immediately loved the training, his approach his energy, his vibe and from there I can say that there was a change in my mentality, the way I look at what I love doing , Hairdressing, this also means education . I immediately followed Emil and wanted to know more about him , when I heard that he was writing “Don’t Sell” I was eagerly waiting for its launch and I wanted to make sure that I was one of the very first people to get it. As soon as you get to know the name you immediately notice that the book will be a game changer. The world of retail is a world that I love and I feel the need to embrace it . What Emil did with the book is relate it to hairdressing and compare it with online shopping . I love the attention to detail and I think those who are scared of selling a product it is a must read. If you have not already read this book, it is a must. It makes retailing engaging for both customer and staff, it’d so easy.
The book has such an energetic feel that you cannot wait to start using the ideas.
As an educator this would be a favourable tool to use to teach.
