I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Neal & Wolf, an independent hair care brand that I have watched with interest over the last few years. After the meeting ended I was given a box full of goodies to bring home, and, as per the norm, the review panel were clambering to be chosen.
The first two lucky recipients have been given their products and been using them for the last couple of weeks, here’s what they have to say.
Dawn – my kid sister; she is used to getting products to try and is very honest in her feedback. [She] was given Purple brightening shampoo and conditioner as she has naturally blonde hair with highlights. Here’s what she had to say:
“As Emil always tells me, I’m very fortunate to get to try lots of different products ☺️. Purple shampoo and conditioner used to scare me as I had visions of my blonde turning violet or purple. As yet, none of them have done this, but what I find is the condition of my hair doesn’t feel as good as when I use a moisturising range. That’s not the case with Neal & Wolf, the condition of my hair, especially the ends, which have a tendency to dry out, feels great. the blonde effect is very noticeable as I was aware that the underlying yellow tone (Emil told me that’s what it’s called) was starting to show through. After using Purple Brightening shampoo and conditioner the difference was immediately obvious, my blonde was bright and clean again. The things I really like about this range are the consistency and fragrance, alongside the performance, definitely one of the best products I have had to review”.
Poppy – my niece is a (self employed) hairdresser and has a friend who swears by Neal &Wolf, so she was thrilled to get to use Hydrate Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner here’s what she had to say:
“It’s great having an uncle who gets to share products with us, and I love trying new ranges 🥰. My friend is a big Neal & Wolf fan and so, when I was given Hydrate shampoo and conditioner I was excited to try them. My hair is very very thick, coloured and long, and sometimes moisturising products don’t deliver enough nourishment and my tangle teaser has a lot of work to do. Not with Neal & Wolf, I could feel the difference after the shampoo, there was very little tangling, and after the conditioner it was negligible. Honestly, I’m obsessed with them, the shine, the bounce, the feel, everything is 100% for me. I have been thinking about retailing products for a while now and I might well look into the range and take that step forward for my clients with this brand”.
