I’m very lucky, products arrive at my doorstep that reviewers get to try out and share their thoughts about them here on this website. Occasionally I get to try specific goodies that are suitable for my fine hair and delicate scalp! So, continuing the theme of single products that I’ve used [on my own hair and scalp], here’s my thoughts on Esla Detox Scrub.
Having been fortunate enough to use shampoo, lotion and scrub from Esla Italy, and having reviewed in a previous blog, I wanted to share this particular product as it’s one of my favourite products that I regularly use.
Esla Italy say: ‘Detox Scrub is a Pre-shampoo scrub for scalps with dry or greasy dandruff. A cosmetic treatment acting directly on scalp helping prevent scalp flaking with a pleasant sensation of freshness and cleanliness’.
Here’s the thing, I don’t have dandruff, but I do have a dry scalp and this scrub helps exfoliate in a very gentle way. My scalp feels energised and refreshed after use. It’s not a product I use every time I shampoo, but once every 2/3 weeks I apply, massage it into my scalp, rinse and then shampoo with the Energizing shampoo and lotion.
Beautiful products, beautiful packaging, this is definitely a brand to watch! In a world where a point of difference is crucial to successful retailing in salons, I believe Esla Italy is one of those brands that stand out from the crowd.
