We were lucky enough to receive, pre launch, K18 Peptide Prep pH maintenance shampoo and detox shampoo, the latest additions to this revolutionary hair care brand. Such has been the impact of the K18 mask and mist that reviewers on this website were practically bribing me tog their hands on these two new shampoos.
After much deliberation The pH maintenance shampoo was given to Poppy, a lover of all things to do with hair. Poppy has very thick hair which is long and coloured and can become quite tangled. here’s what she has to say:
“I don’t usually put much emphasis on the shampoo I use as my hair always needs lots and lots of conditioning products to help me detangle it, apart from when I use K18 mask which is absolutely amazing. Emil gave me the shampoo about 4-5 weeks ago and it has been used as my every day shampoo. I cleanse my hair every other day and since I started using pH maintenance I have noticed a continual improvement in the overall condition of my hair, it feels better and better each time I use it. I still have to put conditioner on but I’m using less than I used to and the finished result when I blow dry looks much healthier. When I use it with the mask the effect is even better still! It’s wonderful, thank you!
John. was given detox as he is a heavy product user who suffers from build up on his hair, here are his thoughts:
“I use wax and gel on my hair almost every day and the normal shampoo that I purchase doesn’t seem to wash the product away. Peptide Prep Detox certainly does. I remember my brother (Emil) telling me once that hair shouldn’t be squeaky clean as it meant that your hair had been stripped of essential moisture. Well, detox definitely gets rid of the build up of product in my hair, but it doesn’t squeak. It does however feel incredible clean and nourished. My hair is quite short but has a tendency to be dry, not now, it feels like a new head of hair. I only use detox every 3rd time as I have learnt that this gives me the very best results. I’m very happy with the product and so is my hair!”
