For those of you who know about Eleven Australia, you are aware of the reviews this brand receives from hairdressers and clients alike. It’s the same for K18, the revolutionary bond builder that has taken the hairdressing world by storm, so now let’s hear from one of the review panel.
Here at emilmcmahon.com we have already posted about both brands, but it was time to put both to the to the test with one of our most challenging reviewers. I can say that with 100% honesty, because the reviewers in question is my sister, and she doesn’t hold back when it comes to saying what she thinks about haircare …. this is probably because over the years she has had lots of different brands courtesy of this website, plus, a brother who was a hairdresser and a daughter who has followed in his footsteps!
Dawn is naturally blonde and has highlights to brighten her colour up, texture is normal, condition is okay, colour stays true to tone, but the hair lacks body and volume and tends to lose its shape easily.
K18 Leave-In Hair Mask and Eleven Australia Miracle Hair Mask: (click here for contact details Warehouse 5) have been used now for approximately 4 weeks; here’s what Dawn has to say:
“Contrary to what my brother says I am not challenging, I just like to look after my hair as best as I can. Over the years I’ve used so many different brand I forget about most of them, but I do realise how lucky I am having someone who can get me lots of interesting products to try.
K18 Molecular Repair is absolutely fantastic!
When I was given this tiny tube I thought it was just going to do one application and that I wouldn’t be able to get a good idea of what it is capable of, and when Emil told me that I could get three uses out of it I laughed. How wrong was I! This is a seriously good product, my hair responded to it so well and has improved with each usage. I did get three applications from the tube and each time it was applied the difference became even more noticeable. I can say honestly that I have never used a product with such dramatic results, it is excellent”.
Eleven Australia Miracle Hair Mask is gorgeous
Sometime conditioning products and masks leave my hair a little too weighed down and then when I style it the body doesn’t last long. I’m always super cautious when applying anything like this, but with Eleven Australia I need not have worried. the formulation is exceptionally rich but it doesn’t add weight, it makes my hair feel really well conditioned and the body that I like to have after blow-drying doesn’t flatten. Another gorgeous product, one that I have been very impressed with; oh and the fragrance is just beautiful.
All in all I would say, without hesitation that these are two of the very best products I have ever reviewed from Emil and to prove it I have even submitted photo’s, which he always tells me of for not doing.
